Boost with Winter Juice

The snow has started to fall and some, or maybe most of us are plagued with cold and flu due to lowered immunity. Where has the sun gone? So, during this season, we need an active immune system and fight diseases. And, the one thing we can do for our bodies is to feed them a diet rich in vegetables and fruits. And juices are great for that! Easily drinkable in bed, at the breakfast table or on the go on a busy Monday - Here’s our favourite juice recipe right now: 


Wash all produce well, Add the Juice ingredients in your juicer, Serve and enjoy.


4-5 Large Carrots, 2 Oranges 1-2, 2 Beets (beetroot), 2 Slices of ginger
